Following government and RFU guidelines men's and women's training sessions will resume from the 29th of March.

Training will be a mix of core skills, fitness, developing team skills, touch rugby and contact training (excluding scrums and mauls).

Sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 - 9pm. 


New players of all abilities always welcome.

Men's and Women's Rugby

Rye RFC currently field one regular mens team and are looking to revive a social second IV in the upcoming season.

The 1st IV compete in the Sussex league and cup competitions and have earned promotion to Sussex 2 East for the upcoming season. New players of all ability and experience are welcome throughout the season.


We're pleased to say 2019 saw the birth of women's rugby at Rye. Training sessions are run weekly throughout the season and we are building towards playing competitive matches in the 2021/2022 season.
