Following the recent government and RFU announcements men's and women's training sessions will resume from the 29th of March. Sessions will be a mix of core skills, fitness, developing team skills, touch rugby and contact training (excluding scrums and mauls).
Sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 - 9pm.
New players of all abilities always welcome.

We are following the RFUs roadmap back to full contact matches with adapted law matches being planned for May.

Men's and Women's Rugby
Rye RFC currently field one regular mens team and are looking to revive a social second IV in the upcoming season.
The 1st IV compete in the Sussex league and cup competitions and have earned promotion to Sussex 2 East for the 2020/2021 season. New players of all ability and experience are welcome throughout the season.
We're pleased to say 2019 saw the birth of women's rugby at Rye. Training sessions are run weekly throughout the season and we are building towards playing competitive matches in the 2020/2021 season.
